Our programmes
Our programmes are delivered at the International Study Centres of our partner universities and adhere to the standards of the independent bodies, the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education, and Quality and Qualifications Ireland. The pathway programmes are carefully designed to bridge the academic and English language skills gap international students may face before studying at university.
Pathway programmes help:
- Improve language skills: Intensive language support to help improve academic English skills
- Offer cultural support: Adjusting and settling into a new culture – a gentle introduction to living and studying abroad to enable successful further studies
- Introduce students to the education system and expectations: Students will be introduced to the academic standards, teaching methods and assessment styles in the country of their studies – ensuring a seamless transition to the partner university when ready
- Improve confidence: Students gain confidence in their academic and literacy skills so they feel well prepared before moving on to their university studies
- Offer personalised support and guidance: With small class sizes, progression coaches and accessible tutors, students get the support they need before beginning their degree programme
- Improve career prospects: Support provided and skills developed during pathway programmes can give students an edge when applying for graduate roles after their degree.
There are various options to choose from depending on the level of study required and subject preference. The successful completion of our programmes enables students to progress to their chosen degree at your university providing they reach the entry requirements set out by each articulation partner.
