Statement regarding UKVI ‘action plan’
Along with other universities and higher education providers, we take part in UK Visas and Immigration's (UKVI) routine audit programme and are focused on maintaining high standards of compliance.
On this occasion, UKVI highlighted a very small number of areas for further attention, and we are addressing these with UKVI. None of the points raised constitute a serious breach and we are confident that these will be resolved to the satisfaction of UKVI within the specified timescale. We remain fully licensed to sponsor students under the student sponsor route and committed to provide them with a quality education in preparation for university studies.
Study Group very comfortably exceeds the Basic Compliance Assessment Metrics required by UKVI for all licensed sponsors. In measures confirmed by UKVI, our visa refusal rate was 0.3% (vs. required <10%), our enrolment rate was 98% (vs. required >90%) and our course completion rate was 95% (vs. required >85%).
