With continued international student growth in the U.S., Study Group will focus its strategic efforts here as a priority. In the 2022-23 academic year alone, over a million international students chose the U.S. as their study destination. Yet, with more than 4,000 higher education institutions offering a wide array of educational paths—from two-year associate degrees to highly specialized master’s programs—the United States is often referred to as a "sleeping giant" in international education. This diverse landscape, coupled with a recent focus on streamlining visa processes, means that the U.S.   is an increasingly attractive option for students worldwide.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Marston as General Manager for North America. With extensive experience in both mature and emerging markets, including a decade in China and Japan, Alex is committed to building strong, collaborative partnerships. By developing innovative strategies and nurturing relationships, Alex helps educational organizations thrive in a global environment, ensuring positive outcomes for both students and institutions.
